Herbs have so many uses and many of those can make you healthier and happier! If you are looking to lead a healthier life by the use of natural ways, then you need to come to join this boot camp. We will learn the basics of how herbs work with the body to stimulate the body to do what it was made to do- heal itself. The methods of making tinctures, herbal teas, and other preparations will also be taught in this 4 week course.
When you sign up for the boot camp, you will receive a workbook, a document with the homework assignments and you will be added to a private facebook group where you can ask questions, post pictures of your homework assignments and enjoy the community of others looking to expand their knowledge of herbs!
Weekly live classes will be conducted via Zoom- and easy app that you can download on your phone or computer. These will be recorded- if you can’t join us live you will be able to watch at your convenience.
