I am Holly and Hollyberry Herb Farm is the name of our herb business and farm. Our farm is a small place but we are able to homestead and produce a great amount of what we eat and sell what is extra. In a world where is it hard to know what is in our food that is purchased from the grocery store, it is comforting to be able to provide for ourselves.
The Ross Family calls our little farm in Canton Texas home. Tony & I have been married for 24 years and are the proud parents of our four children. A menagerie of goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats and ducks also call this farm home! We love spending time outdoors and are so grateful to have been blessed in so many ways. Not only do we find delight in the outdoors and farm animals, we also love homeschooling our children. Of course, two have moved on to college now.
Tony & I own and operate Hollyberry Herb Farm. Herbs & Roses are my passion in the garden. Especially herbs, as these allow me to prepare wonderful and delicious meals for my family and also stock our medicine cabinet with natural and safe choices for us.
I love the farm, this is where my heart is happy. God does not intend for us to labor and toil doing things we hate. If we are willing to trust, we can seek a life that is fulfilling and in line with the desires of our hearts. God wired us for a purpose- mine is tending his garden, the earth. Yours may be design or teaching, but each of us entered this world with a gift and one that the world desperately needs.
My faith is one that encompasses all my life. When you read my blogs and posts I may not mention God in every one of them, but know that it is always from a grateful heart that I chronicle our days and teach on gardening and homemaking and I know that every good gift is from Him and thankfully He has a sense of humor!. I have been redeemed by the blood of my Savior and I joyously serve the Living God with my daily life.
We hope you enjoy the articles on the various topics including parenting, organic gardening, vintage home decor and whatever else pops into my head!
